Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, to Just Dance and more. We believe diverse perspectives help both players and teams thrive. If you’re passionate about innovation and pushing entertainment boundaries, join our journey and help us create the unknown!

Are you passionate about video games and curious about how great player experiences are supported behind the scenes? Do you love solving problems and want to develop your skills in service design? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to start your journey.

As a Junior Service Designer, you’ll help shape how our services come to life — from concept to delivery. You’ll learn to explore the “why” behind player needs and operational challenges, and contribute to designing end-to-end services that balance player experience, efficiency, and scalability.

Working with experienced designers and cross-functional teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience with service design tools and frameworks, including ITIL principles, service blueprints, and value stream mapping. This is a role for someone bright, ambitious, and eager to grow — not someone who already knows it all.

What You’ll Do

  • Help create clear and compelling service design concepts that show how player value will be delivered.
  • Collaborate with teams across Live Ops, Technology, and Player Experience to refine and validate service designs.
  • Assist in developing processes and documentation that translate design into delivery.
  • Learn to use service blueprints and ITIL principles to ensure nothing’s missed — from front-end experience to back-end support.
  • Contribute to the transition of new services into live operation and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • A genuine interest in service design and player experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy working with others to solve problems.
  • Analytical and creative thinking — you can see the big picture and care about the details.
  • A passion for games and curiosity about what makes great player experiences possible.
Bonus Points For
  • Exposure to journey mapping or process design.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles or service blueprinting.
  • Experience in a live game or player support environment.

We embrace a hybrid work model helping you stay connected with your team and aligned with business priorities, while giving you the opportunity to maintain your work-life balance. Please note that some roles are fully office-based and are not eligible for hybrid working.
