As a Senior Concept Artist on the Rainbow Six brand, you\βll play a key role in developing complex artistic ideas that bring immersive, authentic worlds to life. You\βre adaptable, thrive on creative challenges, and take pride in shaping the visual identity of realistic AAA games through thoughtful design and iteration.
Working closely with 3D Artists and other team members, you\βll ensure a cohesive visual style across features β with an initial focus on weapon concepts. Your ability to translate ideas into high-quality sketches and detailed renders will help guide production and inspire the wider art team. You\βre passionate about your craft and committed to continuous improvement. From conducting in-depth research to participating in peer reviews, you actively seek and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team\βs artistic output.

Ability to create interesting and visually appealing concepts.
A portfolio that demonstrates a realistic style of weapons, military or tactical-shooter concepts.
Proven competence in mentoring artists.
Demonstrable knowledge of industry-leading 3D modelling packages (such as Blender).
Proficiency ofworking with Photoshop or other related software.
Good understanding of 3D Animation
Ability to adapt to new processes and pipelines
