As a Workplace Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our studio operates seamlessly. As the face of our studio, greeting colleagues and external contacts, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the studio’s vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Embracing challenges with creativity and adaptability, you'll ensure that our facilities are optimised to support our studio's needs. Whether it's physical operations and repairs, replenishing vending/coffee machines, coordinating events, or overseeing health and safety practices, you'll be the driving force behind our studio's operational excellence and compliance. You’ll be part of a team that encourages proactivity and continuous improvement, and your dedication to enhancing our studio environment will make a tangible impact on the overall studio experience.

This is a dynamic role that requires on-site presence 5 days a week. While our core hours are 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week), we value flexibility and ask that you be available to adjust your schedule between 8am and 6pm occasionally, which will be shared amongst the team.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a workplace/facilities office/coordinator role, and an understanding of general office health and safety practices, facilities management, and event coordination.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic, reactive environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Exposure to health and safety practices such as housekeeping checks, fire marshalling, or first aid.
  • Patience, approachability, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Familiarity with administrative tools and ticketing systems. Jira and Miro are desirable, but we welcome those eager to learn and adapt to new ways of working.

What we'll provide:

  • Flexible core hours, 25 days of annual leave, Christmas shutdown, and a plan that will enable you to work from anywhere in the EU for up to four weeks per year.
  • 36 annual work-from-home days per year.
  • Life insurance, income insurance, private healthcare, an annual well-being allowance, and more.
  • Generous resources committed to your perpetual personal and professional development.
  • Investment in our community - with paid volunteering days.
  • Fun and entertainment - with free games, activities, and celebrations.
  • Generous relocation support - should you need it.
  • Positive mental health and wellbeing at work are priorities for us. We are a Gold Employer in the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index, and partners of Safe in Our World.
