As a member of the Service Enablement team in the CRC, you would be responsible for understanding and implementing changes to deliver high levels of operational readiness and improvements to player experience. As a senior member of the team, you would support the Service Enablement Manager to drive continual improvement within the team. Taking accountability for upcoming events and changes, you will work to ensure the sustainability and readiness of CRC services. Using your network, you would influence overall experience positively and reduce the negative impacts identified, reducing the impact of change. With a greater degree of autonomy, you would work closely with many teams to represent the CRC and our needs, as well as those of our players. You will identify and drive opportunities and set the standard for our team and your peers. You will also be key to delivering overall event readiness in the CRC by ensuring that our internal teams have the knowledge, training, process and tooling required to deliver operationally. Utilising your expertise, you will lead the way on internal collaboration, enhancing the work done between teams towards our shared goals for both events and internally led change, standardising this level of enhanced collaboration for the benefit of the CRC.

  • Create and update internal knowledge and process
  • Understand the objectives of change
  • Recommend and deliver strategy on events
  • Coordinate internal teams for their contributions (e.g., training, tooling)
  • Drive decision making discussions to ensure overall impacts and value are understood by senior stakeholders
