As a Junior Service Designer, you’ll help shape how our services come to life — from concept to delivery. You’ll learn to explore the "why" behind player needs and operational challenges, and contribute to designing end-to-end services that balance player experience, efficiency, and scalability.

Working with experienced designers and cross-functional teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience with service design tools and frameworks, including ITIL principles, service blueprints, and value stream mapping. This is a role for someone bright, ambitious, and eager to grow — not someone who already knows it all.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the discovery of new service opportunities based on player demand and business priorities.
  • Help create clear and compelling service design concepts that show how player value will be delivered.
  • Collaborate with teams across Live Ops, Technology, and Player Experience to refine and validate service designs.
  • Assist in developing processes and documentation that translate design into delivery.
  • Learn to use service blueprints and ITIL principles to ensure nothing’s missed — from front-end experience to back-end support.
  • Contribute to the transition of new services into live operation and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • A genuine interest in service design and player experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills — you enjoy working with others to solve problems.
  • Analytical and creative thinking — you can see the big picture and care about the details.
  • A passion for games and curiosity about what makes great player experiences possible.
