Our Critical Issues function have a hugely important role for Ubisoft CRC, managing a host of topics ranging from Regulatory, Legal and Executive escalations, through to complex investigations and escalations to identify and prevent fraud. We’re looking for someone who can support our mission, helping to manage these crucial topics with the highest level of quality and attention to detail, using this exposure to identify areas of opportunity to improve player experience and reduce internal team exposure to fraud and risk.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional quality and outcomes in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
- Detect and drive improvements by identifying patterns and behaviours across our support ecosystem and beyond.
- Provide subject matter expertise for internal teams managing linked contact types.
- Prioritise and deliver against external deadlines and priorities.
- Collaborate with the wider organisation on fraud and bad demand reduction initiatives.
- Support our incident management, problem management and event management teams in understanding identified risks that could impact their functions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage complex workload.
- Ability to communicate outcomes and insights to executives and senior stakeholders.
- A working understanding of the regulatory landscape that impacts our industry.
- Familiarity with ITIL4 practices and service management principles (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation, delivery planning, and prioritisation skills.
- High level collaboration experience.
- Passion for games, players, and community-focused service delivery.
