As a Senior Technical Animator on the Rainbow Six brand, you’ll design, prototype, and improve rigging systems supporting high‑quality assets, maintain a cohesive visual style across character elements, and translate mock‑ups into integrated visualisations. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the visual identity of AAA games and mentor peers. Eligible candidates must have current authority to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, prototype, and improve rigging systems for gameplay character elements such as skinning, physics, and modelling;
  • Translate mock‑ups into high‑quality visualisations;
  • Conduct research, review peers, and provide constructive feedback;
  • Collaborate with artists, animators, and directors to communicate creative vision;
  • Support the Rainbow Six legacy through realistic character movement.
What You'll Bring:
  • A portfolio/showreel of character rigging, ideally showing deformation and scene structure.
  • Working knowledge of industry‑standard 3D software such as 3DS Max or Maya.
  • 3D Modelling experience.
  • Ability to mentor artists and animators.
