Job Description
As a Prop Artist, you are passionate about modelling 3D assets that bring immersive worlds to life. You maintain visual consistency across repeated asset types, ensuring high‑quality execution and fidelity throughout the game world of the Rainbow Six brand. You produce concepts quickly and efficiently, combining hard‑surface design expertise with organic elements. You are detail‑oriented, committed to mastering your craft, and possess strong communication skills. You collaborate effectively to deliver high‑quality props and texture work and thrive on in‑depth research, actively engaging in peer review sessions to continually elevate quality and consistency.

What You\’ll Bring
- Knowledge of substance packages (such as Painter, Designer).
- A portfolio that demonstrates a passion for 3D asset creation.
- Good working knowledge of industry‑leading 3D modelling packages (such as Blender, 3DS Max, Zbrush).
- Attention to detail in prop and texture creation.
- Experience working under technical constraints (such as limited poly budgets, texture resolution).
- Exposure to game engines and production pipelines.
