Ubisoft Reflections is seeking an on-site Workplace Specialist to ensure the studio runs smoothly and remains a welcoming hub for staff and visitors. You will be the face of the studio, handling facilities, repairs, health and safety, and event coordination.
The role requires full-time presence on-site, five days a week, with core hours 9am–5pm (37.5 hours) and occasional flexibility between 8am–6pm as agreed.
