JOB DESCRIPTION

As our new Release & Build Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality game releases. You will join a small, highly specialised team working across the Ubisoft Group, collaborating closely with development teams and key stakeholders to understand priorities and effectively manage game data throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining code and asset repositories, supporting robust versioning practices and build generation across all gaming platforms. With a passion for continuous improvement, you will enhance and optimise build pipelines from early development through to release, ensuring build systems perform at their best. Your proactive approach to investigation and troubleshooting will enable you to identify issues early and deliver reliable, well-considered solutions.
What you will bring:
- Strong proficiency with source control management software (Perforce, Git).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and platforms (TeamCity, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Cloud-based infrastructure desktop environments (Linux, Windows).
- Proficient in at least 1 scripting language across all operating systems (XML, PowerShell, JSON, Batch scripting).
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
