Ubisoft is seeking a Workplace Specialist to ensure our studio runs smoothly and to be the welcoming face to colleagues and external contacts. You will optimise facilities, manage operations, and support health and safety practices on-site.
The role is full-time with 37.5 hours per week, requiring five days on-site (9am–5pm) with occasional schedule adjustments between 8am and 6pm. You will contribute to a proactive, collaborative, and improving workplace culture.
