Ubisoft Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to shape support services for the Rainbow Six Siege portfolio within the CRC. You’ll collaborate with game, business and support teams to enhance player experience and ensure services meet evolving needs.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Service Management, you will define the service strategy, drive improvements, manage incidents, and build cross‑functional partnerships while keeping the player journey front and centre.
