The Role
The role involves the production and quality control of Ubisense Hardware for customers, partners and or/Ubisense locations globally.
This will be Cambridge-based and at CEMs as needed.
Also to include general office-based duties as needed by the team
What You Will Do
- Support stock take activities, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained.
- Assemble Ubisense tags and sensors in accordance with in-country licensing and compliance requirements.
- Generate and record tag identification numbers for customer shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace, including the shipping area and office environment.
- Assist with production, testing, and other operational activities as required by the team.
- Receive, process, and store supplier deliveries and incoming postal shipments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team in meeting production targets and customer requirements.
- Knowledge Requirements
- Basic understanding of Ubisense products and services, with full training provided.
- Awareness of production processes and quality standards is advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, assembly, or technical build environment is desirable.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working in a quality-controlled environment would be beneficial.
