We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with 3-4 years of expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into intuitive and actionable visual insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize Tableau performance for large datasets and ensure dashboards are efficient and user-friendly.
- Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Implement best practices for data visualization, UI/UX design, and storytelling with data.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting of Tableau workbooks.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Tableau development and data visualization techniques.
- Stay updated with latest Tableau features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 TO 4 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop (Tableau Prep is a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Experience connecting Tableau to diverse data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SAP).
