We are looking for an experienced AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms Specialist to support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing systems across a global enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and Android.
- Manage and maintain video conferencing and AV equipment.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity and AV signal issues.
- Work with Teams Admin Centre, Teams policies and meeting configurations.
- Support AV equipment from vendors such as Crestron, Shure, Extron and Sennheiser.
- Test firmware updates, security patches and configuration changes before production rollout.
- Support a dedicated video testing lab in Bournville.
- Work with global teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Follow ITIL processes and support continuous service improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Experience with AV and video conferencing systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams Administration.
- Understanding of VoIP, SIP and Unified Communications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, hardware, software and network environments.
- Experience with AV technologies and equipment.
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
Note - 3 - 4 plus years of experience in AV, UC, Video Conferencing or Microsoft Teams Rooms support.
