Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Incident Manager to lead and coordinate incident response, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on business operations. This role focuses on managing incidents end-to-end while driving communication and continuous improvement.
- Detect, log, and manage incidents using monitoring and ticketing tools
- Classify, prioritise, and escalate incidents based on impact and urgency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents quickly
- Act as the central point of communication during incidents
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
- Maintain incident documentation and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and prevent recurring issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Incident Management within IT environments
- Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents
- Experience with incident management / ticketing tools
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
