Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Incident Manager to lead and coordinate incident response, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on business operations. This role focuses on managing incidents end-to-end while driving communication and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect, log, and manage incidents using monitoring and ticketing tools
  • Classify, prioritise, and escalate incidents based on impact and urgency
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents quickly
  • Act as the central point of communication during incidents
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
  • Maintain incident documentation and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement and prevent recurring issues

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Incident Management within IT environments
  • Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
