Seeking a senior technology leader with strong expertise in Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud to drive aftermarket and digital transformation initiatives across aerospace, rail, automotive, and industrial sectors in Europe.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years in technology leadership, solution shaping, and customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud.
• Strong domain knowledge of aftermarket, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
• Industry exposure in aerospace, rail, automotive, and industrial.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology propositions for Data Engineering and Aftermarket Solutions.
• Drive order intake by supporting sales teams as the primary technology SPOC.
• Run technology workshops, discovery sessions, and build consultative roadmaps.
• Shape solution strategies with global technology, practice, and partnership teams.
• Develop compelling value propositions aligned to customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with R&D, architects, SMEs, and business leaders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
