We’re looking for a Digital Cyber Security Engineer to help protect the digital footprint across enterprise and customer-facing channels. You’ll work within a cross-disciplinary cyber team, designing, building, and operating modern security controls that stay one step ahead of evolving threats.
What you’ll be working on:
- Protecting digital platforms using DDoS, Bot, DNS, and WAF technologies
- Threat & vulnerability management and cyber incident analysis
- Layer 6 & 7 security controls for enterprise and digital channels
- Supporting and improving cyber defences based on real-world attacks
- Building and automating security solutions using Terraform
- Delivering cloud-native security solutions across Akamai, Azure, and GCP
What we’re looking for:
- Background in Cyber Security with a strong passion for continuous learning
- Hands-on experience with DDoS, Bot mitigation, and DNS protection
- Solid understanding of security across networking layers: Routing & switching, IP & network protocols, Firewalls & Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- Experience responding to incidents and identifying long-term mitigation strategies
- Strong ownership mindset — able to unblock issues and drive solutions
- Proven ability to engage and support key internal stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Automation mindset and Infrastructure-as-Code experience
- Cloud security experience in large-scale or regulated environments
