Location - Glasgow, Scotland (weekly 3 days onsite)

We are looking for a seasoned Project Lead (6-9 years overall experience) who can drive end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment and coherence throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will act as the single point of integration across delivery tracks, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes aligned with business and program objectives. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage interdependencies, and confidence in decision-making and escalation management across complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience leading large, complex, multi-track technology programs with end-to-end ownership across requirements, design, build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, enterprise delivery models, and program governance practices.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders, and to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Solid understanding of architecture concepts, system integrations, APIs, and data flows to effectively guide technical design decisions.
  • Expertise in risk, dependency, and defect management, with a proactive approach to mitigation and escalation across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience leading change management and release readiness, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal business disruption.

  • Provide overall leadership and governance across all delivery tracks to ensure consistent execution and adherence to delivery standards.
  • Integrate plans, milestones, and deliverables across SDLC phases to maintain a unified program roadmap.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-track dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive planning and effective escalation.
  • Ensure consistency in delivery processes, documentation, reporting, and quality standards across workstreams.
  • Drive program-level planning, coordination, and decision-making to support predictable and transparent delivery.
