The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data migration, system integration, and LMS platforms, paired with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, system compatibility, and a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities Data Migration Planning and Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive migration plan for transferring data from SABA, LMS 365, SmartWinner, and Ninja-X to Veeva Vault LMS. Conduct initial system assessments and identify data structures, dependencies, and potential challenges. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and data security requirements. Data Extraction and Transformation Extract data from the source LMS platforms, ensuring complete and secure retrieval of all relevant records. Perform data validation and cleansing to eliminate redundancies and inaccuracies, ensuring data integrity. Transform data as needed to align with Veeva Vault LMS requirements, including formatting, mapping, and compatibility adjustments. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate the migrated data with Veeva Vault LMS. Conduct system compatibility tests and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the migration process. Work closely with stakeholders to configure the target LMS to meet organizational needs. Perform rigorous testing to verify the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Document the migration process and generate reports detailing outcomes, challenges, and improvements. Provide post-migration support and address any issues to ensure smooth operation. Required Qualifications Proficiency in handling SABA, LMS 365, SmartWinner, Ninja-X, and Veeva Vault LMS. Strong knowledge of database management, data extraction tools, and ETL processes. Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
