We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Expert to lead and execute data migration projects involving the transfer of data from legacy Document Management Systems (DMS) such as Biovia DMS, Omnidocs, and Trackwise to Veeva Quality Vault DMS. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in data migration processes, ensuring seamless data transfer while maintaining integrity, compliance, and accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business team to understand migration requirements, including data prioritization, categorization, and compliance needs.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration.
- Execute hands-on data migration tasks, including extraction, cleaning, and importing data into Veeva Quality Vault DMS.
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to automate and optimize migration processes wherever possible.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to confirm successful migration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
