Role: Business Analyst with Pega experience
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid 2 to 3 days a week)
Job Description:
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently on a challenging project.
- Pega experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Confluence and Jira.
- Ability to engage comfortably with a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
- Create customer/user journeys for critical business applications.
- Test Pega solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are fit for purpose.
- Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.
- A sound understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation.
- Ability to manage relationships with business partners and third parties.
- Experience in business analysis delivering quality artifacts on budget and on time.
- A sound understanding of the Financial Services industry would be beneficial, including business, operating, and technology models.
- Previous experience in process documentation and re-engineering.
- Gather and document business requirements and processes.
- Support configuration of Pega applications to meet business needs.
- Work closely with Pega developers to implement functionality and ensure business stakeholders are comfortable with outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Provide training and support to end users on Pega applications (where applicable).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and operational guidelines.
- Manage support model documentation and user lifecycle management documentation.
- Work with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers to establish requirements, acquire agreement, and define acceptance tests.
- Ensure traceability between agreed requirements and the completed design.
