We are looking for a skilled Java & Kotlin Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Java, growing expertise in Kotlin, and a solid understanding of modern backend architectures, APIs, and cloud-native development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Kotlin
- Build scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Maintain documentation for developed features and services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Java (Java 8+)
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin (production-level preferred)
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot (or similar frameworks)
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows
