We are seeking an experienced PEGA Marketing Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of renewal and service communications across all channels using PEGA Marketing (NBA / Decisioning). You will work as the bridge between business and technology, translating commercial renewal strategies into effective, automated PEGA decisioning and campaign solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, simulate and monitor PEGA Marketing decision strategies, offer flows and NBA rules for renewal campaigns
- Segment policies into renewal journeys and treatments using PEGA Marketing
- Configure inbound and outbound communications across all channels (email, SMS, letters, digital, service)
- Manage mandate failure and valid address capture journeys
- Translate business requirements into PEGA strategies, data definitions and logic flows
- Manage and prioritise backlog of changes, new demand and defects
- Perform logic testing, QA, business simulations and end-to-end validation
- Build and manage PEGA Marketing reports, monitoring and controls
- Implement test-and-learn strategies, arbitration rules and contact policies
- Continuously optimise campaign performance to improve renewal rates
- Drive automation, accuracy and customer experience improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with PEGA Marketing / PEGA Decisioning / NBA Designer
- Experience with offer management, strategy rules, segmentation and arbitration
- Previous experience with Chordiant or similar decisioning tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of customer data, campaign data models and databases
- Good knowledge of data mining, statistical techniques and SAS
- Highly numerate with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical decision strategies
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Commercial mindset with focus on maximising renewal performance

- Financial Services, Insurance or Subscription Renewal experience
- Experience working in multi‑channel marketing environments
