Job Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
- Provide hands-on development expertise, creating robust and scalable ServiceNow configurations.
- Work closely with clients, leveraging exceptional client-facing skills to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Apply a strong appreciation of design and architecture principles to create efficient, reliable systems.
- Work closely with offshore development teams to deliver the outcomes.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD module design, development, and implementation.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD integration with Workday.
- Strong client-facing abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of architecture principles and how they apply to ServiceNow projects.
- Minimum 6+ years on ServiceNow with 12-15 years overall experience delivering a wide range of change initiatives.

- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD
