Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Worked upon ASE 12.5 and above version and Replication Server 12.6 and above.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Creation of Devices, Databases, Segments.
  • Backups of databases & logs.
  • User account management.
  • Performing Recovery of suspect databases.
  • Refresh of Databases in replication as well as non-replication environment.
  • Transaction log management.
  • Handling of jobs failures.
  • Troubleshooting Database error and performance Tuning.
  • Replication Server monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting includes check for the replication configuration, threads down, stable device full, RSSD log full, stop and restart threads, repagent and repservers.

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions/Reopen Cases.
