Job Description
The Citrix Server Remediation Engineer is responsible for leading vulnerability remediation efforts within the Citrix infrastructure. This role ensures secure, stable, and compliant operation of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments through server patching, configuration management, platform hardening, and security update deployment. The engineer also supports infrastructure modernization initiatives and reduction of technical debt across the Citrix estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vulnerability remediation within Citrix environments.
- Deploy security patches and platform updates across Citrix Servers.
- Implement secure configuration and hardening standards.
- Coordinate testing and validation of Citrix updates.
- Troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure issues impacting remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives.
- Maintain remediation documentation and compliance evidence.
