Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations for private household of Espire Group's Chairman. The incumbent must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and strong experience of working in similar role for HNW individuals and their families, with minimal supervision.
An ideal candidate must have:
7+ years of experience in similar role with exceptional administrative skills.
Exceptional planning, organizing and execution skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in every task.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of any confidential information of the family that may be accessible in this role.
Good English communication skills for effective interaction with guests and homeowners.
A valid UK Driving license.
UK Driving experience is must have
Key areas of responsibilities will include the following, but may not be limited to:
Manage and supervise daily household errands such as, but not limited to, household inventory management and timely procurement of household supplies; supervising household staff, Butler and effective liaising with them to ensure efficient execution of day-to-day tasks being performed by them; take up any adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Facility Management : Oversee maintenance/repairs and regularly inspect the residence property to identify issues that need attention and get them addressed promptly by coordinating with concerned staff/vendors.
Maintenance of cars/vehicles: maintain schedules for vehicle servicing, insurance renewals etc.
Liaison with local authorities for timely payments of bills/dues : should have a strong know-how of local guidelines and norms, to remain complaint with payments of bills/dues, if any, towards any household errands.
Event Management: Responsible for end-to-end planning, management and seamless execution of family events, celebrations, and special occasions.
Effectively manage personal diaries of family, while demonstrating exceptional organizing and planning skills: These include extensive personal diary management of family members including any guests appointments, travel itineraries etc; planning and managing daily schedules of Chairman's children, such as, but not limited to their schooling schedules, play and hobby classes schedules, school events etc.
