Scope of services:
Seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to support day-to-day activities within the Firewall support team.
Firewall Operations Support:
- Provide operational support for Check Point Firewalls, including incident and problem resolution
- Support in the diagnosis and resolution of complex network security issues across production environments
Change Implementation Platform Maintenance:
- Manage request backlog (Jira) and raise changes (ServiceNow)
- Implement and/or review Firewall policy changes
