We’re a fully remote start-up growing at a rapid rate. Last year we achieved 83% growth, and this year we’re looking to do the same. As UBIQ’s Marketing Manager , you’ll play a crucial role in executing high-impact campaigns that generate demand, position UBIQ as a thought leader, and drive business growth. About you We’re on the lookout for a creative marketer to play a key role in UBIQ’s next phase of growth. The right candidate will put innovation at the forefront of their marketing creativity and output. You’ll be an avid user and supporter of AI to support your processes, brainstorms, and output and be keen to learn more about how these tools can increase the breadth and depth of our marketing output. This role will also require some participation in our UBIQ X Sessions webinar series—a highly popular thought leadership series running throughout the year—in either a support or presenter capacity. UBIQ fosters a culture of ownership, so you’ll be expected to strategise, plan, and deliver marketing campaigns. You’ll take ownership of our demand generation and account based marketing strategies, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Events & Customer Engagement Manager to create high-impact campaigns that drive enquiries and engagement. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, services, and experience teams to refine messaging, and optimise campaign performance. Demand Generation & Lead Growth Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns. Develop and refine lead nurturing strategies across outbound marketing and events to increase inbound conversions. Manage, create, and optimise landing pages and website content to drive enquiries. Content & Digital Marketing Oversee UBIQ’s content strategy, ensuring SEO best practices and alignment with audience needs. Work with the team to develop AI workflows. Manage and grow UBIQ’s organic and paid social media presence. Collaborate with the Events & Customer Engagement Manager and Sales Team to integrate case studies, events, and success stories into marketing materials. Marketing Operations & Analytics Continuously test and optimise campaign performance to improve ROI. Work with the Head of Marketing to refine audience segmentation and personalisation strategies. Work with the Events & Customer Engagement Manager and wider UBIQ team to improve prospective and customer journey workflows. Brand Awareness & Positioning Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, working with the design team. Support thought leadership initiatives, including blog content, industry insights, and partner collaborations. Qualities that work at UBIQ Highly personable self-starter who works well within a team, driven by new challenges and opportunities. Clear communicator; highly articulate, both written and verbally. Fast learner with the ability to work across multiple software platforms, and quickly adapt to process changes. Extremely high attention to detail and willing to share opinions and ideas even if they go against the grain. Outstanding ability to build strong client relationships Ability to solve problems in challenging situations, whilst keeping the customer experience at the forefront. Exceptional time management and organisational skills; able to effectively prioritise and handle multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met.
