This role is a contractor position for 12 months. Although this is for 12 months, if there is a desire and business needs change there is possibility for a permanent role. You will be employed by UBIQ as a contractor initially.

As UBIQ continues to grow, we are looking for a UX-focused Content Designer to join our team and work across a portfolio of exciting projects; to create beautiful websites which encourage user interactivity and support our clients’ digital marketing goals.
You will be responsible for:
- Full ownership of client content propagation/migration and styling into new UBIQ websites across a portfolio of active projects.
- Migrating and designing pages including copy, photography, videography and other media.
- Creating bespoke page layouts utilising CMS tools and available features.
- Considering user journey as well as visual design appeal and interactivity.
- Supporting testing and QA of websites during the migration process.
- Working with Project Managers and Developers during the website development phase to ensure client brief is met.
- Ensuring web best practices are implemented.

- Experience in:
Web/digital/software environment
- Working with CMS platforms/Wordpress
- Demonstrable understanding of UI/UX and best practices for web.
- Graphic design experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Experience in the education sector and/or digital marketing is desirable.
