About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and approachable Employee Relations Business Partner to join our friendly People team. You will provide expert HR and ER support across all Ubico locations, with a particular focus on our three Wiltshire depots. No two days will be the same; you will be supporting a range of people-related matters, always with a practical and supportive approach.
