Providing excellent front-line services across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire, Ubico Ltd is a rapidly expanding local authority-owned company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Fleet Development Co-Ordinator to join our successful Fleet Team. Reporting to the Fleet Technical Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting a modern, efficient and compliant fleet operation. From leading fleet projects and managing vehicle replacement programmes to developing fleet systems, analysing performance data and driving service improvements, you will be at the heart of how our fleet operates and evolves. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, helping to ensure our vehicles remain available, compliant and ready to support frontline services.

We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical and passionate about continuous improvement, with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and help drive positive change. You will need:

  • Full Class B, UK driving licence.
  • Recognised qualifications in English and Maths.
  • Knowledge of best practice in Fleet Management and administration.
  • Knowledge of vehicle telematics and parts.
  • Experience of Fleet management, compliance, and administration.
