Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician ready to take the next step into supervision? This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your hands-on skills with leadership in a well-equipped workshop environment.

As Fleet Workshop Supervisor, you’ll split your time between:

  • Working in the workshop: inspections, diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet (HGVs, LGVs, vans and plant) to DVSA standards.
  • Managing other aspects like: Service paperwork, compliance records, liaising with suppliers, developing staff, and working closely with our Fleet Workshop Administrator.

You’ll lead a small, friendly team of 3 technicians and 1 apprentice, running your own workshop day-to-day while keeping high standards of safety, service and fleet.

Why Join Us?

  • Progression built in – one of our current Workshop Managers started with us as an apprentice and worked their way up.
  • A supportive team – it’s a well-maintained workshop with a strong team spirit.
