We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across our Wiltshire operations. Based across sites including Salisbury, Trowbridge and Calne, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys building positive working relationships and providing expert employee relations guidance.
In this varied role, you'll provide advice on a broad range of employee relations matters, support investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, coach managers on people-related issues, and help ensure employment legislation and organisational policies are applied consistently and fairly.
As a trusted advisor, you'll contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace while helping to manage organisational risk and support positive outcomes for colleagues and managers alike. The role offers flexibility around base location, alongside regular travel to sites across Wiltshire.
