Are you organised, proactive, and looking to make a real difference in supporting operational services? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Gloucester Team. You will play a key role in supporting Ubico’s waste and recycling services, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and ensuring our front‑line teams have the information and resources they need to deliver excellent service.
You’ll support the Operations and Transport Manager and wider team by:
- Processing customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests via post, email, phone, and in person
- Running system reports and preparing charging runs, including internal and external invoices
- Reconciling debit card expenditures, bank statements, and monthly weighbridge data
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in IT systems, including fleet management and statutory waste data returns
- Communicating service delivery information to front‑line teams and commissioning authorities
- Assisting with creditor invoices, purchase orders, and general administrative duties, including filing, archiving, and record keeping
- Providing administrative and operational support across Ubico as required
This is a varied and hands‑on role, offering exposure to multiple areas of operations while supporting a busy and friendly team.
You will need:
- A business administration qualification or relevant experience
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook advanced skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience of working with in‑cab technology
