Position Overview: The Director of Product Partnerships will take ownership of 3 core pillars within Uberall:

  • Maintaining client relationships with our Tier 1 Product Partners (Meta, Google, Apple, etc), Directory Partners, and Publishers.
  • New business development of new tech partners helping our customers see more value in our Product, and expanding our GTM motions.
  • Managing the Product Partnerships P&L (Publisher and Directory costs).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and Manage a Product Partnerships team: Develop a team strategy to grow our Product Partnerships P&L, hire 1-2 ICs to help drive your team’s mandate.
  • Help Product Management prioritize partnership roadmaps: Work with Product Leaders to showcase the value of product partnerships.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate Partnership Contracts and manage Partnerships Budget: This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with product, FP&A, Partnerships, and client operations teams.
  • Gather Market Feedback: Collect client insights during onboarding to inform product development.
  • Drive Product-Led Growth: Increase adoption through product-centric strategies.
  • Develop Playbooks and Processes: Create frameworks to streamline handoffs and optimize the client acquisition process.

  • Product Expertise: Strong understanding of product management principles.
  • Business Development and Partnership Building: Proven ability to create and manage long-term relationships.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across departments.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience working with AI, SaaS, or MarTech is highly preferred.

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in product management, business development, or partnership roles.
  • Product Expertise & Business Acumen: Strong grasp of product management principles.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Demonstrated success in creating and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Collaborative Approach: Comfortable and effective at working across departments.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Adept at identifying opportunities and developing creative solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience working with AI, SaaS, or MarTech is highly preferred.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
