As a Sr Strategic Account Manager for Uber Direct, you will be responsible for driving long-term commercial relationships with key accounts. You will collaborate with brands to help them grow their business sustainably while delivering the best experience to our users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.

What You Will Do

  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts: Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders by focusing on building trust, crafting, and executing successful joint business plans.

  • Monitor and analyze performance: Perform a broad range of financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses to continuously improve the reliability of orders and capture additional value. Look for ways to achieve and exceed monthly goals (financial and qualitative). Present and report key results to partners, internally and externally.

  • Improve Uber Direct operations: Identify opportunities for improving our operations with key Merchants, couriers, and end-consumers. Analyze the data in detail to come up with initiatives that will have the greatest impact. Have a pragmatic and hands-on approach to implementing quick wins while building more sustainable solutions.

  • Contribute to Uber Direct offering improvement: Act as an ambassador of Uber’s mission, brand, and product – being a problem solver for partners and team. Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management: Able to create meticulously detailed execution plans for large-scale projects (e.g., launching a new product, onboarding a major enterprise) and then deliver them to plan regardless of any surprises or ambiguity along the way.

  • Highly autonomous, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity: Able to come up with new ideas and execute them autonomously.

  • Experience in developing and optimizing business processes: Ability to take big picture ideas and projects and break them into actionable steps with ambitious targets for completion.

  • Autonomous with SQL.
