Our Mobility Ads team is building the next-generation advertising platform within Uber's Rider App-designed to be a full-funnel, must-buy solution for advertisers of all sizes and industries. With a unique ability to reach millions of Uber users as they move through the world, our team works at the intersection of technology, advertising, and mobility.
As a strategic leader for Mobility Ads in the EMEA region, you'll drive the expansion and growth of our advertising products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and scale this fast-growing business. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the frontier of in-app advertising.
What You'll Do
- Champion and deploy the EMEA strategy for Mobility Ads, collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Mobility leadership.
- Drive regional adoption of global ad products by articulating value propositions and go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership.
- Establish and scale a consistent operational framework-including regional communication cadences, playbook best practices, and cross-region knowledge sharing.
- Track performance against KPIs and support business planning through robust reporting and analysis.
- Design and lead test & learn initiatives with strategic advertising partners to inform future product and GTM enhancements.
- Provide data-driven insights and build analytical frameworks to address complex business challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
- Act as the regional 'Voice of the Customer' to influence product roadmaps with actionable feedback and market insights.
- Serve as a thought partner to global and regional teams, contributing to the long-term evolution of Uber's Mobility Ads business.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business operations, product strategy, program management, or account management-preferably within digital advertising or media.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with internal executives and external partners.
- Proficiency in G-Suite tools (e.g., Sheets, Slides) and data management best practices.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
