About the Role

Uber Eats is seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Account Manager to help change the food delivery landscape. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are excited about Uber's technology, the food delivery landscape, and building long‑term affiliations with our restaurant partners. Our Account Manager drives the development of their portfolios with a sense of growing operational performance along with strong relationship building and gaining the best traction for their partners with their analytical capabilities. What You’ll Do

  • Portfolio ownership: Take full accountability for restaurant portfolios, driving sustained business growth and high‑level operational performance.
  • Strategic growth: Identify and initiate partnership opportunities by leveraging marketing products and innovative programs to deliver mutual value for restaurants and Uber Eats.
  • Relationship management: Build long‑term, high‑trust relationships with partners, providing exceptional service and resolving complex issues with speed and efficiency.
  • Local strategy & insights: Act as a regional subject matter expert, translating on‑the‑ground market context into actionable strategies for the wider team.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with local and global counterparts across diverse functions to align objectives and execute regional goals.
  • Brand ambassadorship: Represent the Uber Eats mission, brand, and product suite as a lead advocate in the local marketplace.

Who You’ll Be

  • Experience & impact: 2+ years of professional experience in Account Management or Partnership Management with a proven track record of achieving quota targets.
  • Analytical & technical proficiency: Data‑driven decision‑maker comfortable using Google Suite, Salesforce, and Excel; experience with SQL (or a strong willingness to learn) is a plus.
  • Operational agility: Highly autonomous self‑starter with a 'business owner' mentality, capable of executing quickly and adapting to change with minimal oversight.
  • Communication & collaboration: Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders (Legal, Marketing, Operations).
  • Core requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; full professional fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
