At Uber, we're redefining how the world moves - and Uber Advertising is at the centre of that transformation. Uber Ads enables brands to connect with millions of highly engaged consumers across Uber Eats and Uber Rides, reaching people in moments that truly matter.

We're looking for a Partner Manager to join our fast-growing Strategic Verticals team, supporting some of the world's leading brands across sectors such as Entertainment, Automotive, and B2B. This is a highly commercial, client-facing role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving advertising revenue, and delivering exceptional campaign performance across the Uber ecosystem.

As a trusted advisor to key advertisers and agency partners, you'll combine strategic account management with deep advertising expertise to help brands unlock the full value of Uber's advertising platform. From campaign planning and execution to performance analysis and growth strategy, you'll play a critical role in scaling one of Uber's fastest-growing businesses.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams across local and international markets, helping shape advertising solutions for globally recognised brands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with key advertisers, agency partners, and senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Ads Sales teams to develop and execute advertising strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partner objectives, challenges, and success metrics, proactively recommending tailored advertising solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including launch coordination, stakeholder management, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor campaign performance proactively, identifying opportunities for growth and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and compelling partner narratives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market feedback, product opportunities, and partner challenges with internal Product and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to scalable best practices, processes, and playbooks that support the continued growth of Uber Ads.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, media sales, or client partnerships.
  • Proven track record managing advertising campaigns and driving commercial growth with enterprise or high-value clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including brand and performance marketing channels and campaign measurement metrics.
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns for global or high-spend advertisers, ideally within entertainment, automotive, B2B.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience with SQL or data visualisation tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong commercial acumen and ownership mentality.
