You will be responsible for setting a clear vision for regulatory excellence, championing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. The role combines high-level programmatic thought leadership with hands-on execution. • Vision & Strategy: Oversee the UKI Compliance Operations teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and maintaining 100% adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., TfL), both for Docs and Safety compliance.
    • Operational Excellence: Define success metrics for delivery partners (COEs and BPOs), driving process standardization and streamlining workflows to increase efficiency and compliance performance.
    • Continuous Improvement: Analyse feedback and identify gaps to deliver actionable recommendations that improve both the driver experience and regulatory compliance.
  • Regulatory Design & Control
    • Workflow Architecture: Architect and evolve risk-based document approval workflows and safety incident triaging, determining the optimal balance between automation and human review.
    • Automation Integration: Roll out and optimize tech solutions such as auto-transcription, auto-fetch, and auto-adjudication to protect against material compliance exposure.
    • Audit Readiness: Embed audit-ready, defensible controls into all safety and document processes and take ownership of remediation tracking.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Management
    • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with UKI Safety and Regulatory Operations, Business Operations, Legal, and Global Platform Integrity counterparts to drive alignment on product rollouts and safety initiatives.
    • BPO Management: Maintain control frameworks across BPO partners, including performance levers and escalation pathways aligned to regulatory severity.
    • Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional partners to track key metrics, identify blockers, and communicate program milestones and deliverables.
