The team specifically looks at how to acquire and engage Uber Eats users while achieving the best return on investment on our demand generation budget. By focusing on the planning and execution of our CRM campaigns, you will make sure we continue our impressive growth trajectory in one of Uber Eats' most important markets.

You'll own and coordinate our campaign calendar in collaboration with multiple teams (Marketing, our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams, and Local Territory Operations). Own and execute large-scale campaigns on our owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc). You'll analyze and share insights with the Central Operations team, and the broader UKI Uber Eats Leadership team around demand performance metrics, budget deployment, and future improvements. Handle part of our suite of acquisition products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or equivalent.
  • You are familiar with high operational and dynamic environments.
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency in working across large data sets.
  • Experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experiments.
  • Proficiency in SQL (e.g. writing queries).
