About The Role

At Uber, we're redefining how the world moves - and Uber Advertising is at the centre of that transformation.

Uber Ads enables brands to connect with millions of highly engaged consumers across Uber Eats and Uber Rides, reaching people in moments that truly matter.

We're looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our fast‑growing Strategic Verticals team, supporting some of the world's leading brands across entertainment, automotive and B2B.

This is a highly commercial, client‑facing role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving advertising revenue, and delivering exceptional campaign performance across the Uber ecosystem.

You will be a key member of the Advertising team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to help enterprise advertisers maximize campaign performance and achieve their marketing objectives.

The role combines strategic client consulting with hands‑on campaign execution, leveraging Uber's first‑party data to generate actionable insights, optimize advertising performance, and identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize full‑funnel advertising campaigns, aligning media strategies with clients' business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Define and manage measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking, performance reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, improve efficiency, and scale investment across auction‑based solutions.
  • Analyze campaign and business performance data to provide data‑driven recommendations that improve campaign outcomes and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Post‑Sale Strategy
  • Manage all post‑sale activities for a portfolio of enterprise advertisers, including campaign execution, performance optimization, strategic planning, and measurement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, presenting campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to drive long‑term client growth and retention.
  • Drive adoption of Uber Advertising's performance solutions, helping some of the UK's largest advertisers maximize media investment and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales Executives throughout the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through consultative recommendations and performance‑driven insights.
  • Customer Insight & Industry Expertise
  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding customers' business objectives, marketing challenges, and success metrics across the customer journey.
  • Translate customer goals into tailored advertising, measurement, and optimization strategies using Uber Advertising solutions.
  • Share industry trends, marketplace insights, and platform best practices to help clients improve marketing effectiveness and achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Influence
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver customer solutions and resolve complex campaign or platform challenges.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing marketplace feedback and influencing product improvements and commercial strategy.
  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Present campaign insights, measurement results, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and long‑term customer success.
  • What You'll Bring: Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, media sales, or client partnerships.
  • Proven track record managing advertising campaigns and driving commercial growth with enterprise or high‑value clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including brand and performance marketing channels and campaign measurement metrics.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large‑scale campaigns for global or high‑spend advertisers, ideally within entertainment, automotive or B2B.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience with SQL or data visualisation tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑growth environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with strong commercial acumen and ownership mentality.
