The Account Management Intern operates as an Account Coordinator supporting Uber Eats partners across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers to drive partner growth, retention, and longâterm success on the platform. You will contribute to managing a portfolio of partners, supporting initiatives that impact performance, campaign outcomes, and revenue. This role blends operational rigor with commercial awareness and a strong customer success mindset ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable value.
You will develop a deep understanding of partner goals, track adoption and performance, and help deliver solutions that improve business outcomes. You will also collaborate crossâfunctionally and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the overall partner experience. This internship offers handsâon exposure to commercial operations, account management, customer success, and crossâfunctional project management in a fastâpaced environment.
What Youâll Do
- Support the endâtoâend launch and execution of new products, features, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze operational and commercial metrics (e.g., delivery time, prep time, order accuracy, menu quality, adoption rates, campaign performance) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and diagnose partner operational health, partnering with crossâfunctional teams to resolve issues and improve longâterm retention.
- Support partner success by identifying adoption gaps, operational pain points, and execution issues impacting satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across markets.
- Communicate project progress, insights, and outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, external partners.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields), with graduation by early 2027.
- Available for a fullâtime, 6âmonth internship starting 6th July 2026.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data extraction and analysis.
- Native English Speaker.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Open to exploring fullâtime opportunities with Uber following the internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internship, academic project, or student organization) in account management, operations, customer success, or project management.
- Strong commercial and customerâcentric mindset, with an interest in how execution quality drives business performance.
- Highly detailâoriented with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to operate independently in fastâpaced, ambiguous environments.
