About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Charge: Manage our commercial efforts in key EMEA markets, building strong partnerships with top-tier Retail & Grocery leaders.
- Set Strategy & Drive Growth: Own the roadmap. Build and execute scalable sales strategies that hit revenue targets and unlock new opportunities.
- Build & Elevate the Team: Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team - coaching, developing, and pushing boundaries together.
- Operate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with strategy, ops, merchandising, delivery, and more to make ambitious projects happen.
- Be a Thought Leader: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Uber as a voice in the quick commerce space.
What You’ll Need
- 6+ years in Sales, Commercial, or Business Development, ideally in E-commerce, Retail, or CPG.
- 3+ years managing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of the EMEA Retail market and a strong commercial instinct.
- A proven track record of navigating matrix organizations and delivering results.
- Strong project management skills - you know how to keep complex initiatives moving.
- Data-driven and analytical; you make decisions that move the needle.
- Excellent English communication skills (bonus points for other European languages).
- CRM-savvy - especially with Salesforce and managing pipelines across your team.
