What You'll Do

The team specifically looks at how to acquire and engage Uber Eats users while achieving the best return on investment on our demand generation budget. By focusing on the planning and execution of our CRM campaigns, you will make sure we continue our impressive growth trajectory in one of Uber Eats most important markets.

You'll own and coordinate our campaign calendar in collaboration with multiple teams (Marketing, our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams, and Local Territory Operations). Own and execute large-scale campaigns on our owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc). You'll analyze and share insights with the Central Operations team, and the broader UKI Uber Eats Leadership team around demand performance metrics, budget deployment, and future improvements. Handle part of our suite of acquisition products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or equivalent. You are familiar with high operational and dynamic environments.
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency in working across large data sets.
  • Experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experiments.
  • Proficiency in SQL (e.g. writing queries).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Executor with a focus on detail: balance attention to detail with swift execution and a structured, diligent approach to work.
  • Bias for data: natural scientific and highly analytical approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy; experienced with analytical tools.
  • Customer focused: care deeply about customers, understand their needs, and strive to build processes that delight them.
  • Clear communicator: clear and concise communicator able to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight important points, and turn them into action items.
  • Relationship builder: able to quickly build a good rapport with partners, but not a people pleaser; can push back when needed without hurting relationships.
  • Explorer: self‑starter with a proactive demeanor, able to investigate, obtain required data, and learn new tools.
