Uber Eats is seeking a Commercial SMB Lead, to lead and manage an on-the-ground Account Management team responsible for Central London accounts. This role is based in London and plays a key leadership role in shaping our Central London commercial strategy. The role is focused on accelerating growth across Central London, leading a high-performing regional team that manages some of our most strategically important restaurant partners.

You will be central to defining partner strategy, raising the bar on execution, and ensuring our top partners consistently succeed on the Uber Eats marketplace through a best-in-class experience. As a Commercial SMB Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership to a 4 person Account Management team, working closely with the London Expansion Head and wider UK Commercial Leadership to set regional direction, drive performance, and deliver against ambitious growth and quality targets.

This role requires strong visibility on the ground, setting the standard for leadership, execution, and partner engagement across the region. We’re looking for a commercially minded, people-first leader who can inspire and empower teams, solve complex problems, and remain relentlessly customer-focused. We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader with a proven track record of leading commercial teams. You’ll bring first-hand experience managing complex, high-value commercial negotiations, acting as a thought partner to both your team and senior UK stakeholders.
