About The Role And Team
This role is about building and managing long-term partnerships with some of Uber Eats’ fastest-growing enterprise brands in the UK, including names like Shake Shack and Ole & Steen. You’ll be the strategic link between their business goals and our platform, navigating the complexities of a fast-paced marketplace to drive sustainable growth for them and for Uber. It’s a role that requires a blend of commercial negotiation, operational problem-solving, and data-driven strategy.
Success here means being comfortable with the pace and pressure of a high-growth environment. You’ll own the entire partner lifecycle, from negotiating commercial terms to optimizing their operations and marketing on the platform. This is a chance to directly shape the success of major brands on Uber Eats and see the real-world impact of your work at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with enterprise partners, building sustainable, long-term agreements that drive mutual growth.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to expand partner revenue, whether by adding new locations, launching virtual brands, or optimizing in-app marketing.
- Dive deep into operational data to identify and resolve issues that affect the customer experience, from order accuracy to delivery timeliness.
- Analyze partner performance to identify trends and opportunities, using data to guide strategic recommendations and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and operations to unblock challenges and ensure partner feedback shapes our platform.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics-based business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using data and analytics to inform business strategy and drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to own complex initiatives from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A resilient and resourceful mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
